From a tiny garage startup to your favorite neighborhood cafe.
In 2018, Maya and Jake Torres pooled their savings, bought a second-hand espresso machine, and started selling coffee from their garage on Oak Street. No business plan. No investors. Just a belief that great coffee and genuine warmth could build a community.
Week by week, the line grew longer. Neighbors became regulars. Regulars became friends. By 2019, the garage wasn't enough, and Brew House opened its doors at 142 Oak Street — right where the magic began.
Today, we roast our own beans, bake our own bread, and still know most customers by name. The espresso machine is new, but the spirit is the same: good coffee, honest food, and a place where everyone belongs.
Compostable cups, zero-waste kitchen, and partnerships with ethical farmers.
We host local art shows, book clubs, and live music. The cafe is a gathering place.
Never frozen, never pre-made. Every ingredient is fresh, every recipe tested a hundred times.
